La casa si trova nel cuore di Roma, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Trastevere, stazione ferroviaria situata all’inizio dello storico quartiere “Trastevere”, dal famoso mercato “portaportese”, il mercato domenicale della capitale e da via del Porto Fluviale, simpatico e giovane quartiere, prettamente notturno, che collega Ostiense a Piramide.

La posizione è particolarmente congeniale sia per chi si reca a Roma per finalità turistiche, trovandosi in una posizione centrale ma non particolarmente caotica, sia per chi si reca a Roma per finalità lavorative, di studio, essendo molto vicina all’università Roma Tre, oppure per partecipare ad un concorso pubblico, dalla Stazione Trastevere passa, infatti, il treno regionale che collega Roma alla Fiera di Roma (situata vicino Fiumicino) in soli 18 minuti.
