Prezzo massimo per notte 400 euro. I prezzi si intendono per 3 persone. Sovrapprezzo di 10 euro per una persona aggiuntiva sopra i 2 anni.

I bambini sotto i 2 anni soggiornano gratuitamente. La richiesta del lettino per i bambini sotto i 15 Kg è gratuita, tuttavia occorre far presente l’esigenza al momento della prenotazione oppure almeno con una settimana di anticipo.

Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Non occorre pagare un sovrapprezzo. Occorre farlo presente al momento della prenotazione o con una settimana di anticipo per la predisposizione della culla.

Il check-in va concordato in anticipo e può essere fatto dalle 16.00 alle 20.00. Eventuali richieste speciali richiedono un supplemento del prezzo:

Check-in ritardato:

• h. 20.00 – 00.00 15 euro
• 00.00 – 8.00 della mattina del giorno dopo 35.00 euro.

Il check-out: La casa deve essere lasciata entro le 11.00. E’ possibile richiedere il check-out pomeridiano ad un prezzo di 45.00 se non ci sono prenotazioni previste per la giornata seguente.

E’ possibile richiedere la pulizia della casa durante il soggiorno ad un prezzo aggiuntivo di 20 euro.
